My training is built on rapport, trust and respect, so you feel comfortable from the first session. The package opens with a full assessment, then becomes a programme made only for you, reviewed and progressed regularly.
Past and present injuries are taken into account. I teach the techniques that matter, what to lift, when and how much, whether you have a full studio, a home setup or a park. Correcting technique early matters, because a movement learned cleanly takes hold far sooner than a bad habit can be undone.

It starts with a free consultation, a relaxed conversation about your goals, your history and anything your body is carrying. Your first full session then opens with the assessment below, and from there every session is planned around you and progressed as you go.

I have trained in mixed martial arts since my university days and went on to train alongside amateur and professional fighters on the London regional scene. That gives me a real understanding of boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, wrestling and grappling, and I coach the parts that suit you.
Whether you want to learn to box properly, add pad work and conditioning to your training, or build practical self defence and confidence, we work on technique first and fitness second, at a pace that fits you.

Many people carry a medical condition that affects daily life. Exercising in a safe, considered way can make a real difference, and I build a programme that complements your existing treatment and is progressed gently as you go.
